After several weeks of being with Heather again, Tom begins to doubt his decision, especially with his feelings for Sarah still lingering.
Meanwhile, Sarah regrets sharing her worries over Ryan with Lisa when it leads to some complicated results; Lily struggles to keep her secret, but a lie soon leads her to a fellow student offering some perspective; and Heather overhears something that she might be able to use to her advantage when she feels she is losing her boyfriend.
